The 2026 Pastors and Preachers Conference is shaping up to be a special time of encouragement and equipping for Appalachia pastors and preachers.

This year’s theme is “The Worship Gathering”

The conference will begin with a dinner, special time of worship, and a few special surprises on Friday evening.

Saturday will be packed with singing, sermons, breakout sessions, lunch, books, and resources for all who attend.

Friday - 7pm-10pm

Saturday 9am-4:30pm

This conference is free for anyone who attends.

Lay church members and families are encouraged to attend as well.

Lodging will be provided for those that will be coming from farther than an hour away from Fort Gay, WV.

Seating is limited. This conference is intentionally small in order to equip each man with as many resources as possible and to provide an experience that is both meaningful and impactful while remaining free for the attendee.
